Medical Information:
Clubs run by third-parties do not have access to the school’s records, so it is your responsibility to share your child’s medical information with providers. When you book a club through Arbor, the school shares the medical information and emergency contact details we hold for your child with the club leader.
Outdoor clubs will go ahead in most weather, however if extremely bad weather is forecast the club will be cancelled and children should be collected at their normal pick-up time.
Clubs are booked through Arbor or direct with the club leaders – please see the clubs timetable for details. All clubs booked via Arbor are non-refundable.
