How to Pay
We are a cashless school so we do ask that all parents use our online payment system Scopay to make payments to the school.
What you pay online
Parents typically use the online payment system to pay for the following items throughout the year:
- School dinners (from years 3 – 6)
- Most clubs at the school
- Class trips
- School performances
- Items of uniform such as school hats, book bags and P.E. bags
- Donations to the Governor’s fund
It is simple to register for an online account with the school: you will receive an email with all the details you need. Click here to login to SCOPAY.
The school does accept childcare vouchers and payment through tax-free childcare accounts.
Paying directly with the providers
You will need to pay the provider directly for a small number of clubs run at the school. These are:
- Energy Kidz
- Tekne Gymnastics
- Professor Bubbleworks science club
- Little London Ballet
Please visit the providers’ websites for how to pay them. And do note that some of them offer sibling discounts and take childcare vouchers.
Parents at the school are able to use Childcare Vouchers to pay for their children’s extracurricular activities. This includes all the clubs at the school.
We support the use of Childcare Vouchers to pay for extracurricular activities at St Michael’s and are registered with the following Childcare Voucher Providers:
- Eden Red
- Busy Bees
- Fair Care
We are happy to register with further providers as needed by parents.
Please note that Childcare Vouchers cannot be used by parents to pay for School Journeys and Trips which take place during school hours, such as PGL, Flatford and Theatre Trips, as these are deemed to be part of the curriculum.
If you would like to pay for a club using Childcare Vouchers or any clubs enquiries, please contact our Finance Assistant, Hannah Prior, For payments include the name of your voucher provider, the transaction reference number and the clubs which you are paying for.
