How to Pay
We are a cashless school so we do ask that all parents use our online payment system Scopay to make payments to the school.
What you pay online
Parents typically use the online payment system to pay for the following items throughout the year:
- School dinners (from years 3 – 6)
- Most clubs at the school
- Class trips
- School performances
- Items of uniform such as school book bags and P.E. bags
- Donations to the Governor’s fund
It is simple to register for an online account with the school: you will receive an email with all the details you need. Click here to login to Scopay.
Paying directly with the providers
You will need to pay the provider directly for a number of clubs run at the school. These are:
- Energy Kidz
- Girls’ Sports
- Lights Camera Code
- Little London Ballet
- Rose Football Academy
- Professor Bubbleworks Science Club
- Soccer Revolution
- Tekne Gymnastics
Please visit the providers’ websites for how to pay them directly. And do note that some of them offer sibling discounts and accept payment using childcare vouchers.
We support the use of Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare Accounts to pay for extracurricular activities booked via Scopay at St Michael’s and are registered with the following Childcare Voucher Providers:
- Eden Red
- Busy Bees
- Fair Care
We are happy to register with further providers as needed by parents.
Please note that Childcare Vouchers cannot be used by parents to pay for school trips which take place during school hours as these are deemed to be part of the curriculum. We will accept up to 50% payment for any residential trips such as PGL and Flatford via Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare Accounts.
If you would like to pay for a club using Childcare Vouchers or have any clubs enquiries, please contact our Finance Officer, Hannah Prior. For payments include:
- The name of your voucher provider
- The name of your child
- The clubs which you are paying for
- The amount you are transferring
