Year 6 Play
The Year 6 play is embedded within the culture of St. Michael’s. We passionately believe that a primary school play brings the community together like no other event, and can create memories that last a lifetime.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our dramatic performances. We have successfully staged a range of musicals: Bugsy Malone, Jungle Book, Shakespeare and Robin Hood to name a few. We are fortunate to have an extensive stage in our Junior Hall, which many have said adds a touch of the ‘West End’ to our productions. Our plays showcase the talents and achievements of our children as their time at St. Michael’s is coming to an end. All children are either performers or part of the production team from lighting to costume and much more. Indeed, the plays provide an excellent platform for children to confidently and independently make the transition into secondary school life. They also cover vital curriculum areas, whilst reinforcing everything we value about education and ensuring the all-round development of children within our Christian school.
