When your child joins us as a pupil, your family becomes part of our school ‘family’ – and remains so, even after your child leaves for secondary school. Families make firm friendships that outlive their children’s time at the school. This is encouraged and nurtured through our many activities and events. The buzzing, vibrant hum of activities starts from when children arrive for early morning clubs and continue until late in the evening with events and groups such as the parents’ choir. Former pupils talk very fondly of their time at St. Michael’s, and many return to support the school, including Sylvia McGinnis. Sylvia was a pupil here in the 1950s who came back to work with the children as a volunteer reader sixty years after she herself had left the school!School Life

Well done to everyone for keeping themselves fit and well and for coming to school every day. It is wonderful to see all your smiling faces each morning. Thank you for looking after each other and making St Michael’s a happy safe place to be.
