Early Years Wraparound Care
As of the 2024/25 academic year, we offer a dedicated Early Years Wraparound Care provision for children in Nursery and Reception.
Booking is available online via ScopayBreakfast Bunnies and Night Owls must be booked in advance.
Breakfast Bunnies
Timings
Breakfast Bunnies runs daily from 7:45am.
Children can be dropped-off between 7:45am and 8:15am. Please ring the doorbell at the gate on the left-hand-side of the playground, and a member of staff will come to meet you.
Children are taken to their classrooms by a member of staff at 8:50am.
Provision
Children can choose from a range of healthy cereals, toast and pastries, fruit juice, fresh fruit and yoghurt. There are games and arts & crafts activities for children to enjoy together.
Booking & Payment
£8 per session
Sessions are booked on a first-come-first-served basis via Scopay.
You can book, change or cancel sessions up to two days before the booking (or on a Friday for a Monday booking). Booked sessions are non-refundable if your child does not attend on the day.
Fees are payable in advance via Scopay or by using childcare vouchers. If you plan to use childcare vouchers to pay for wraparound care, please email Leah Garrad at finance@stmichaelsn6.com as soon as possible so your booking settings can be updated on Scopay.

Night Owls
Timings
Night Owls runs daily from 3:30pm to 6pm.
At the end of the school day, children are collected from their classrooms by a member of staff and taken to Night Owls.
Children can be collected at any time between 3:30pm and 6pm. Please ring the doorbell at the gate on the left-hand-side of the playground, and a member of staff will come to meet you.
It is important to collect your child on time. A late collection fee may be charged to offset any additional incurred costs.
Children must always be collected by a known, named adult. In exceptional circumstances when it is not possible for your child to be collected by their parent/carer or regular person, please inform us in advance so we can avoid unnecessary delays.
Provision
A snack, fruit and water are provided each day within the session. This is not a substitute for the main evening meal your child receives at home. There are organised indoor and outdoor activities for the children to enjoy together as well as opportunities to relax, read and be creative
